Warning symbol

I have a warning symbol on permanent display approx 20 seconds after the ignition is on.

Prior to this, this there is a message stating, "Remember to use your secuity code"

The unknown symbol is at the bottom left of the screen - approx 5mm high.

It seems to represent a key with some angled zig-zag lines pointing to the bottom of it.

Its not been a problem, but any ideas ? I hope I have attached a couple of photos that may help.

Thanks Tricky, when I look at it again, I think you might be right.

open the wee book that should hae come wi yer T, Olaf min an hae a read...amazin what ye can learn in there.....does look like a key tho so ah kin see where yer comin from....

....ahv never bothered wi a code either as ah struggle tae remember mah hoose number never mind a security code!

Thanks gents,
I did think long & hard before sending this out.

I was expecting a massive amount of abuse for not reading the book first, so I think I have got off lightly.

But I was at work & took the opertunity to get it resolved whilst getting paid for it, using the works camera etc.

I did read the book when I got in, but too many words, not enough pictures.

I can fluently understand 8 different languages now though.

w and O, it is whit T 159 said. Temp gauge symbol and the numbers to the right of it is the temp.

ye aldo, i know its the temp symbol its the remember to enter your user code im not sure about, but like i say no prob the bike runs and starts ok.

w, a asked the dealer I bought ma bike from aboot the code thingy, he told me not to bother with it. I've also read on one of the t forums not to bother with it. I don't because if you enter a code you'll have to enter it every time yer turn the ignition on ie pain in the arse.

thanks aldo, i thought it was something like that but like you say it would be a pain in the arse.
