Hi guys, new member just saying hello and of course I have a question.
Have the bike about 3 months, 04 tuono, previous owner had k&n filter fitted and akrapovic can but never removed the restrictor from the air box or cut the wire on the ECU. I was at the bike show in Birmingham and was speaking to a guy by the name of Griff Woolley who was a sound guy and gave good advice, he mentioned about adjusting the CO to get the bike to run properly after de-restricting.
I contacted a local guy who sets up a lot of the race bikes here in Ireland for the road racing, he said he would need special equipment to check the CO,his take on it is bring the bike to the dyno and if its running ok leave it alone, fair point, but I think it would also be nice to have it at full power if possible.
Heres a picture of my bike anyway, changed from a 03 r1 and I love it to bits
