Top yoke removal help

Is there any special tools I need to do this? I just want to change one of the handle bars, never done this job before, how do I go about it?

to remove

correct size hex bit for centre nut
1 bolt either side clip on underneath which bolts (think there 8mm) to top yoke
Then can be removed

Then 2 10mm bolts that pinch the clipon onto forks

The centre hex socket on mine is 15mm, if you haven't got that size, i bought a socket from Halfords £3.50 ish. They called it a "radiator key" or something like that :dunno

fantastic, got the 15mm hex in aprilia tool kit im sure, was going to have a pop but my god its freezing, im afraid if i pick up a tool i wont be able to put it back down due to hand seizing lol.

if I understand correctly I need to remove...

1. 15mm
2. 8mm under top yoke, holding clip-on and top yoke together
3. 8mm under top yoke, holding clip-on and top yoke together

that should do it? because mine isn't going off, I was afraid that I will break top yoke :) so I removed fork instead
