Hi there
Have admired RSV for a long time and have just aquired a really nice one. It must be a very very early RSVR as it was sold in Australia in December 2003. It has only 2600km from new, one previous owner and, as you would expect with that mileage and living in a warm climate, is in almost as new condition. Has an Ohlins rear shock and steering damper from the Factory but it is unclear if they were installed as factory options. Remus carbon mufflers carbon guards and fancy rearsets other than that totally original. Got all the original bits as part of the sale.

My other bikes are 70s Italian sports bikes (Guzzi Le Mans and Ducati 750 SuperSport) but I decided I needed something modern with character and the performance and brakes compared to the old bikes is simply amazing.

I'm new here also, bought early gen2 in December 53 plate. Looks like a tidy bike you've had there. We just need the weather now. All the best:thumbup

Hello All.
I am very new here as well and, been around trying to learn about RSVs. Never had 1, know nothing about it and just bought a old 1999 RSV Mille (blue-red) even without driving it. Is winter...can't test drive. The guy needed to leave the country for work and sold it pretty cheap I think, so I bought it. I also have a TL1000S Suzuki. Anyway, guys if you don't mind asking and if you can help me , cause I am so new and not very smart on this of searching here... I would love to fit the 2-2 exhausts and I appreciate if someone can give me directions the best easy and as cheap as possible way to fit it . Thank you and have a safe drive all. Cheers . Alberto
