Hello folks,

After driving a few years on a ZXR750 I'd thought that it was time for something different. I stumbled across this RSV as the previous owner was interested in my ZXR. So a test drive was arranged and I was stunned by how well this bike drives. So made a decent deal and took it home at once.

Drove it now for some 800km or so, without any hassle. Just begon taking away a few parts for maintaining it and few minor repairs.

First I got the 'typical' fuel leakage from the in tank fuel line. And after a inspection got some more fuel leakage (see pictures). During this inspection I found some more interesting things (see pictures).

Pic 1: a cut wire from ECU.... Any thoughts? Should I reconnect

Pic 2: MD RSV chip? It runs okay though

Pic 3: another lose wire? Are these supposed to connect?

Pic 4: not original starting relay?

Pic 5: another bunch of wires sealed or cut have to inspect this.

Any thoughts about what I've found would be very much appreciated

Cheers Cageman
