Looking for a bit of advice here guys. I would really like to put twin exhausts on my 99 Mille. Now I don't really want shotgun pipes but I would like high pipes on both sides. I have scoured the net and found a few pics of what I want but no details on the modded headers, collectors or link pipes suitable for this. Anyone done this here or got a link to where I can get the parts?

Secondhand is the answer......renegade or gianelli did under seat style cans but kept the standard system or renegade did a full twin high level system ... Or get a system built or adaft a falco full twin system?

Falco high level..may be easiest..buy the headers then have high level link pipes made if you can't find any

I have been looking around but it seems these systems are a rare as rocking horse poo. I take it this was not a common mod? I quite like the look of the renegade system. It looks fairly neat and saves having to cut the fairing as in some other styles I have seen.

Does anyone know where I can get the link pipes to do this mod? I can get the cans separate if need be.

I think it is Campbell Custom Exhausts, I have just emailed them.

Haha, I guess many exhausts specialists will.

I read somewhere that John had something to do with Renegade when it started. If you find that link please post it here for me mate. I am a bit of a perfectionists when it comes to things like this so it has to be right, if you know of any other quality exhaust manufacturers who provide top quality work please let me know.

Yeahhhh him And Jorge ..he left, Jorge carried on but he's good at a bit of pipework but would need your bike

Smaltmoto do a proper twin system for the gen1, I will post a link up later.

The only thing with that system, as far as i know, is you have to cut the lower left hand fairing to get the pipe through. I want to try to avoid that if I can :)

Performance wise it's the beast option and cutting the belly pan isn't hard ...did you hear back from Campbell

Yes mate John got back to me. He can not do it until October earliest because he is booked up. He will need the bike, which is not too much of a problem and he has quoted around £700 with stainless cans. Not a bad price really
