just got me a 2006 rsv factory with 1800miles 2 weeks ago,

had already ordered a pair of short levers and tail tidy before I found the right bike lol
anyway a few pics

anybody know the bike?


just a shame the the dealer I got the bike from is messing me about with paper work like the service book and owners books etc


are there any mods I should do to make it better like the rear shock plates

any help info will be much appreciated

I'm not a fan of the caramac frame on the later factories but it looks alright on the black bike.

I used to be an RS owner. Did the RS owners club meets for a few years. My brother one a few trophies as well for his motor. Over the years I've had a Fiesta RS turbo, Series II escort RS turbo and an original 3 door sierra RS Cosworth.

Problem is, when i got into bikes no car could ever compete with the sheer accelaration and excitement of riding. So i sold them.

When the kids have grown up a bit i'd be tempted to get an Escort cossie, Auralis blue one, or a monte.

I donk like the gold frame on any other colours but imho it works with the black:inlove

as for the cossy the missus said I cant ever sell it:doug
I rebuilt it last year and as with any RS it owes me far to much to sell it

Hello mate, stunning looking bike, not been here long myself. Some pretty handy people on here with a wealth of knowledge but none of them will let you take any naked pictures of their wives, don't even ask I've tried.
