My T - a few pics

Putting some more bling on her Thursday, so these photos will have to do for now. 99.9% a full carbon T, just need to mount my carbon countershaft sprocket and it will be complete.

Thursday I'll mount these items:
1. CRG levers (gold)
2. CF sprocket cover
3. Anodized Valve Stem Caps (red)
4. Aprilia RSVR and Factory Rear Frame Slider Kit (these come in handy in a fall) God forbid!
5. AF1 Racing Anodized Aluminum Plug (blue)
6. Titanium Pivot Bolt For Shift or Brake Pedal - now it will have all the Ti one can get. Already replaced 70% of bolts with Ti versions, and I have Ti link-plates too.

I'd love to hear more about the engine work. Any before-after dyno runs? What CR are you running with the big bore kit? How involved was it?

Thanks for the tips on the photo hosting. I will try it Thursday but I fear that will be to late for the monthly contest. But there's always September right?

Also I will try to get a before/after dyno chart image uploaded. I don't know the compression ratio but Bill said it was a bit higher than the stock 11.8:1

How involved was the 1060 big bore? Well it was more involved than reboring cylinders and dropping in the bigger jugs, but for me the only headache was the cash for parts/labor as Bill Himmelsbach at: http://www.martineurosports.com/default.asp did all of the work.
He degreed the cams and did port/polish work as well before dyno tuning with the PCIII.
I do know that it dynoed stock at 110 rwhp on a very conservative eddy current dyno, and after all the mods it registered 138 rwhp and much more torque all over the range on the same dyno. He said it was the most powerful V990 he has built to date. At first I wanted him to build me this 1103cc 102mm piston option (with stainless-steel liner) but he balked at it stressing that if it blew-up I'm responsible. So I opted for the possibility of a long life for my engine and went with the modest 1060/ It isn't modest though as I assure you it is indeed a beast of a performer now. I did a 350 mile RT twistys ride with a ZX-10 and a 1000rr last Sunday and bested them both on acceleration especially at corners. These were both experienced track riders which I am not so the machine gets all credit here.

110hp on an eddy current sounds just right. I was at a dyno day a while ago with my TLS and there were two T's there. It was a dynojet 2000 model IIRC, but it was also 105 deg F and no SAE correction was applied. The two T's had exhaust, airbox mods and some sort of remap and one was 113 and the other 114. Both had big dips around 4-5k rpm though - something I'm sure better mapping and certainly all your work will have solved!

Which model Tuono?

The Gen I with a single can suffers that dip - usually 5-6k, it just cant breath through a single pipe properly.
