Mine doesn't have them, neither does Windy's.
I ordered a set today from Apriliagenuineparts.co.uk along with some tank pads.

Think the rad guard thing cropped up before. Mine has them. Someone on the assembly line conveyor belt obviously keeps nipping out for a crafty ***.
