Arrow can and lovely lovely carbon

S

swoodwar

I've been hanging around this forum for a while now, sticking in the odd post and asking the occasional question. I've browsed through the other RSV sites, but there's something about you guys that I like.

My first post asked for advice on exhausts; of course, you all told me that what you'd got on was best! Overall though, I liked the look & sound of the Arrow, so I've just picked up a bargain on fleaBay. :biggrin

I also made contact with Boyler through the forum and tonight my freshly refurbished pullers and a Boyler original tail-light surround arrived in the post. Cheers Steve, :thumbup these really are beautiful, couldn't wait for the weekend to fit them so I've been out in the shed and the rain tonight, and the bike is looking really good. So much so, that once the can arrives, I want to post some pictures - so Boyler's made an honest man of me, I've subscribed.

It's possibly cause we are pretty much like lunatics running around an asylum.

Can't wait for the piccies, be quick!

I lived not far from you for many years - St Helens, don't hold it against me, I escaped and now live in the British St Tropez - Kent.

Have to agree with you, guys and ladies on here are pretty cool and help is always at hand no matter what the problem is.

PS. What are your freshly refurbished pullers?

Not too far from me, shame I am bikless now, I like Arrow cans.
I have some TL mates in Warrington

I got some tatty side panels with carbon fibre inserts - eBay again ("pullers" - presumably because the shape of them pulls air through the radiators). The carbon looked OK, but was a bit rough and discoloured in places. I PM'd Boyler for advice and before you know it my carbon is better than when it left Aprilia.

Isn't Steve's carbon art superb... sounds like the bug has bit..good to hear you enjoy this forum matey...it really is the best :D Look forward to the bike pics to come. :thumbup
Cheers, Aj

OK then, here she is :biggrin.

As you can see, when I first got the bike it looked like an explosion in a sticker factory :crazy.

Now thanks to eBay and a hole in the bank account it's coming together.

With the Arrow on it's way, I'll be flogging the shotgun exhaust soon, let me know if you're interested.
