I have a 2015 Caponord, didn't order the rear case as I wanted something that would hold two full face helmets. Has anyone put a 46 liter or bigger on from Givi, Shad , etc.? I'm just wondering if they make the adapter plate for any of those yet?? Thanks

I have a Givi V46, but couldn't find an adapter plate to bolt onto the bike. The OEM topcase has the plate, but won't sell it separately, and neither Givi, SW Motech, or Hepco Becker has one available yet. I ended up making my own from a piece of aluminum drilled & tapped to fit. Easy & cheap, just like me...

Givi make an aluminium rack £130 ish.. But there is no way to fit brake light kit , this is the biggest Givi e55 maxia, and I think brake light is essential as trucks are not going to see tail lamp, used 5 mm aluminium plate and a plastic rack from a Suzuki v strom 650 . Solid as a rock , a little extra drilling but no big deal, a substantial plate is needed though to eliminate any flexing .

Just get a universal monokey mount off ebay. As long as its a monokey any givi monokey top box will fit!

There are photo's of a Givi adaptor plate and top box mount on page 70 of the 2014-2016 forum (in the 'what have you done to your Capo...' thread...).

Happy reading....

The mount kit is priced up separately from the Aprilia box £125 for the mounting kit, so you should be able to purchase it.
Just bought a new rally and got a good deal on the Aprilia 52 litre box fitted from the dealer up the A41 near Bicester.

I just ordered a 40ltr top case, with a knock off monokey fitment. I will post the fitting of the rack when i get it.
