Hi Amir i cant tell you if that means they have loctite or they have just been torqued in the factory . A good place to look is . ( AF1 racing Austin .com )and look up parts - Aprilia - service manuals . you can download a service manual for about $9 from what i have read they should give you all the torque setting , it may be best just send them a message first to get the right manual , i keep mean to get one myself ever time i pick up a spanner and go nearer the Tuono think sh-t not got that bloody manual yet

They go onto those exact bolts your picture highlight and the R&G instructions said 40nm of torque.
