Hi, back on a gen1, 2003, grey.

But got a mystery exhaust. Anyone recognise it?

Am skeptical about it being genuine akra, no stamps or anything.

If fake, should I care? Didn't impact price.

And before someone nags me, yes I've googled...

I'd say blue flame or micky mouse one

Didn't know Micky Mouse made exhausts! Are they any good?

Definitely not Akrapovic.

They don't make cans like that, as above I would go for blueflame.

It will be fine! The main difference between akrapovic and the cheaper cans is just the price!

Cool, thanks for the replies, I have least heard of blue flame, so I am cool with that. Gave me enough of a lead to find that ti closely resembles the BLUE FLAME Flame titanium Toraizodo twin port. Why bother sticking an akra sticker on it- wierd.

There's a lot of snobbery about exhausts! People put akrapovic and such like stickers on lesser cans to make it look like they have shelled out hundreds on a can! The reality is a delkavic or A16 oe Blueflame will give you the same weight saving and bhp gains as the big price big brands!

Just incase anyone is still wondering, I recon it looks exactly like a tri-oval Blueflame! with an Akrapovic sticker! ;) :yes

Very nice exhausts :thumbup
Nice sticker too :thumbup

Don't forget to take the bung out of the lower outlet pipe, if you haven't already done so, and see what it sounds like unrestricted... :thumbup

It certainly is loud, aggresive sound, bit it goes right through me. Looking for a bung now- it was missing from the star.

Must admit I just put the baffle back in my single outlet Titanium exhaust, as it was too loud without it! Too quiet with it though, so may cut an inch off and start drilling some holes till bafles about right. Nothing like a good roar when the revs are up above 7k... :thumbup
