Hi to everyone. After a break of nearly two years I decided that I couldn't ignore that nagging feeling any more. I had to get back on two wheels. Having previously owned a Honda Firestorm I was hooked by the grunt of the V Twin. The Tuono was the only real option. I recently bought an 08 Daytona 300. It's absolutely immaculate and had covered less than 3000 miles. The weather's turned a bit in the last week or so so it's mainly been in the garage but I have managed a couple of runs. While the character of the engine may be familiar, the power it produces and the way the Tuono turns in is a revelation. I absolutely love it!

Don't know if there's anyone on the forum near Kesgrave?

Hope to be an active member. I'll have a go at posting a photo.

Cheers, Stu.

welcome to the forum stu , wise choice of steed . im in sunny Norfolk by the sea !!

Hi Stu,

Im currently in Sudbury, but will be moving nearer Stowmarket in a month or so.

I know theres someone else on here who is in Wattisham, so we arent very far from you.

Safe riding, and enjoy the twisties on your new toy.

Thanks to everyone for the kind welcome. What has happened to June? Rain, rain and more rain!! I have managed to get out for a Sunday morning run and I've very quickly discovered that the Tuono I'd designed for the twisties and not for high speed cruising!! My arms felt like they were going to be ripped off!!! Great fun. Really looking forward to getting to know the bike.

Ian - I work in Needham so just down the road.

Welcome mate!

Re. Rain... hey, be thankful your in Norfolk... where you get less rainfall than any other county in England and Wales! :thumbup.

Stu, when I saw "Suffolk" I got excited as I am a '16 Factory owner in Suffolk County on Long Island NY USA. Then I saw "Kesgrave," so I guess we won't be riding together anytime soon, but welcome. Gorgeous bike you've got.

Welcome mucker, the rain up here has me travelling into englandshire over the last 6 weeks.

Ffs gives us a break,,,,,it's supposed to be summer.
