Just picked up my new 2015 Tuono today. Unfortunately it's a long weekend here in NZ and I'm away with my family, so running her in will have to wait till next week.

Just like the other new Kiwi here, I've come straight off a Shiver. However the Shiver wasn't actually mine, it was just a loaner while I worked out what to buy after disposing of my MV Agusta Brutale 800. Great bike to ride, but I had a really bad run with a flakey starter clutch. Hopefully this Tuono works out better!

Nice looking. I just noticed your name. Do you also have (or used to have) an Fazer? I have one and had originally planned on selling it when I got my Tuono, but they are such totally different bikes, I decided to hang on to it.

Indeed I did. I had the 2007 Gen II Fazer before I bought the Brutale 800. I really liked it when I had it, but after I bought the 800 it just felt heavy and old. Mind you the 800 was a particularly light and lively bike. I'll have to reserve judgement on the Tuono. It's a bit taller and heavier than I wanted, but I couldn't face another MV 800 triple until I'm sure that they've solved the starter problems that seem to plague some bikes.
