Hi, new to the forum as I've just purchased my tuono r 2003. I'm currently looking for an exhaust system and was wondering if anyone has one for sale or could give me any advice as which one is best for the bikes? Looking at a few pics and the high mount ones look the part! TIA James.
Hi James, just registered to the forum myself. I also just purchased a 2003 tuono (fighter not the r version). It came fitted with a 'two brother's racing' end can. I think it looks great on the grey tuono (will try post some pics for you). Sounds the part too! Is your bike the grey also?
I have the original end can which I might consider selling. It's in perfect condition. Are you looking for a full exhaust system or just the end can?

Hi James, and welcome.
My (grey and gold) bike came with a titanium exhaust. I also think Titanium matches the grey/gold scheme well (assuming that's your color).
It was old and I replaced it with a bespoke oval 40cm end can made by Powertechperformance, on eBay. The guy specialises in making end cans and they are excellent quality. Only cost me £110 including postage and hanger strap. I used my existing link pipe but he can also supply one in stainless at extra cost.
I find the pipe gives a great sound but baffle is removable if you want to get hearing damage!
Powertechperformance can also make end cans in carbon and stainless. Definately worth checking their eBay website and getting some prices.
They are based in Lancashire I believe.

So far the best I've had has been a stock header modified with crossovers and a cut down race muffler. I have installed an Arrow dual setup which is good but not great. I believe its not quite dialed in, I have a Gabro chip, just need to tweak settings. If I cant get it sorted, probably going back to modified stocker. If'n I were you, I'd send header out and have crossovers done, then look up Gabro for a chip setup for your mods.
He can be found through af1's site. Redratbiker who does crossovers is there as well.
I've got laser carbon for selling and for 170 euro including shipping. I'm selling it because I switched to 2-2. Exhaust is in mint condition, has two db killers with it and a link pipe. It worked flawlessly with collector mod and Gabro 255 chip.
